A huge thank you to all involved in our balloon flight on Sunday the 26th October. All the staff were great and SO friendly, it really made the day!We had a fabulous pilot Graeme who was so good and very interesting on local information as we flew over the beautiful countryside (and he was very entertaining as well!). The champagne at the end really topped off a great occasion.

I have recently been lucky enough to fly with Hot Airlines as part of a birthday treat. I felt I must write to thank all of the staff  concerned for making our morning flight such a special occasion.Robin our pilot was terrific – he knew a great deal about the  landscape we were flying over and also managed to execute a nigh perfect landing! The support staff in the Landrover were also very good fun and extremely professional.As someone who has never flown in a balloon before, it was an absolute magical experience helped greatly by the general ambience created by your excellent staff.
