Balloon Flights in Berkshire

Woolhampton is the site we use for balloon rides in the Berkshire area. It has easy rail links via Reading, only 6 miles away, making it accessible for many others coming from London. Meeting at the popular Rowbarge Inn, a balloon flight from here takes you out and over the Berkshire Downs where you may be lucky to see beautiful Walbury Hill or Watership Down. There are also great views of the Thames towards Henley and the Kennet and Avon Canal. We alternatively may fly over Highclere Castle,  Donnington Castle, over Newbury Racecourse or the infamous Greenham Common.

This site is situated behind the Rowbarge Inn pub. Parking is in the large car park at the side of the pub. This is a well known pub for good food and great ambiance, so if you arrive early please enjoy the facilities offered. Woolhampton in Berkshire is just off the M4 between Newbury and Reading.
